Delete your VoiceDog account
Every way to ask, with or without the app.
If you own the business
Open the app, then Settings › Delete business. Type the business’s name and confirm with the code we send you. Your receptionist keeps answering for 14 days, and you can cancel until then. After that, the business, its calls and messages, its settings and your sign-in are erased.
To keep the business running without you, make an admin its owner first: Settings › Team › Make owner. You become an admin, and can then delete your account: Settings, then your email (or Account) under Plan and account, then Delete account.
If you were invited to a business
Open the app, then Settings › Team › Leave <business>.
To delete your account, open the app, then Settings, then your email (or Account) under Plan and account (its line reads Switch business or sign out), then Delete account. You leave every business and your sign-in is deleted. The businesses keep their records.
Without the app
Write to support from any address, with the email or mobile number you sign in with, and say which business to delete. We confirm with you before anything is deleted.
